COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:
Fan Forced Oven: Preheat oven to 180-200 deg C. From frozen, remove lid & cover with foil & cook approx 50 min using a fan forced oven or until core temp reaches 70 deg C. Remove cover last 10 min of cooking to brown on top. Let stand with cover on for 5 min before serving
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 180-200 deg C. From frozen, remove lid & cover with foil & cook approx 120 min using a conventional oven or until core temp reaches 70 deg C. Remove cover last 10 min of cooking to brown on top. Let stand with cover on for 5 min before serving
Keep frozen below -18 deg c
