A traditional homemade dumpling consisting of potato, flour and eggs. Our Gnocchi is the real deal just like Nonna used to make.
Preparation from frozen: Place gnocchi in salted boiling water, stir gently, return to boil and then reduce, gnocchi will float when ready. Drain water and serve.
1L water, 8grams Salt to 100grams of product.
Serving suggestion
Serve with one of our delicious sauces.
