In 1905 Kate Bridges wrote her cookery book "Practical Household Cookery". Trained in Wiltshire and employed as a cook for a distinguished family in Eaton Square, London. Kate prided herself in creating recipes for the household cook using the best ingredients. These recipes still inspire our kitchens today
