COOKING INSTRUCTION
MICROWAVE
  1. Pierce film of the tray in 2 or 3 places.
  2. Place in microwave (1100W) and heat on High for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Allow to stand for 1 minute, remove film, and serve.

OVEN
  1. Defrost for 18-24 hours at 0-4C.
  2. Heat at 175C for a minimum of 18 minutes in a fan-forced oven until an internal temperature of 75C is reached.
