- Pierce film of the tray in 2 or 3 places.
- Place in microwave (1100W) and heat on High for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute, remove film and serve.
Defrost for 18-24 hours at 0-4C. Heat at 175C for a minimum of 18 minutes in a fan forced oven until an internal temperature of 75C is reached.
