  1. Preheat oven to 180˚C
  2. Pierce film in 2 or 3 places and place onto a baking tray
  3. Cook for 18 to 20 minutes until cooked through
  4. Allow to stand for 1 minute, remove film and serve.

Microwave

  1. Pierce film of the tray in 2 or 3 places.
  2. Place in microwave (1100W) and heat on High for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Allow to stand for 1 minute, remove film and serve.
