- Preheat oven to 180˚C
- Pierce film in 2 or 3 places and place onto a baking tray
- Cook for 18 to 20 minutes until cooked through
- Allow to stand for 1 minute, remove film and serve.
Microwave
- Pierce film of the tray in 2 or 3 places.
- Place in microwave (1100W) and heat on High for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute, remove film and serve.
