Beef Madras curry is a spicy curry with a red tinge in the colour and with just the right use of paprika powder. Yoghurt is often used to take away some or all the heat.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Diced Beef
- Coconut Cream
- Add Oil,
- Add the diced beef pieces and panfry to partially cook off. Cover the pan to retain the juices
- Add Water, and bring to boil, then add the spice mix and stir well
- Finally add the coconut cream and simmer on low heat
- Beef Madras is ready to serve
